upon rewatching psycho pass i, i think mika joined the psb after experiencing the kindness yayoi showed her after she found out her friend [perhaps even someone she was infatuated with?] died. and with finally meeting her hero, she endlessly follows the enforcer with stars in her eyes to which shion is like. you seem very attached to her [mika is like. NO! i am NOT!] and shion laughs like xx its okay! i am too :)
