Sr. System Testing Analyst
Our large healthcare Client seeks a Sr. System Testing Analyst for a long-term contract in Columbia, SC. Responsibilities include:
Development and execution of detailed test matrices and related test cases:
Analyzes functional requirements to determine software application testing requirements and develop test matrices. Develops test cases and expected results to satisfy the testing requirements. Generates and sets up test data for test cases and executes the test cases. Reports problems resulting from test execution and communicates testing steps used to detect defects. Works with development teams to resolve reported defects and executes retests to confirm defects are fixed/resolved. Reports testing status, testing results, and proactively communicates concerns, roadblocks, and/or issues that could impact deliverable dates.
40% Complete supportive administrative and lead activities such as attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports and developing processes.
30% Provide service for multiple clients, including onsite service where needed. Facilitate and lead meetings with customers to understand and resolve technical issues.
30% Define and analyze quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status. Lead process improvement initiatives related to testing methodologies and techniques. Make recommendations to clients on how to improve operational workflows.
