Nahualli: Why does your crew call you baby girl?
Boss: Lets stop talking for a while.
Musical Touken Ranbu : SRS 2022 track List
This year's toumyu festival has given us something that they have never done before a changing track list !
We had the pleasure to see almost 3h with a guest specific song, duets with specific daily changing cast and much more.
For all those who want to know wich delay they want to buy, let's go throught every show, under the cut will be loooooong list !
For my Horikawa Cosplay i recreated the pattern our lovely singing swordbois have on their collar. It really helped that i stared a lot at the selfies from all the actors and noticed that some have a different section of the patterned fabric. Sadly not enough was visible to made a fully repetitive file. So the file i made is only repetitive in the vertical. I also didn't cut the flowers off that no longer fit on the collar for the seam allowance.
You can download that file here. It includes a svg, dxf and png file of the pattern. The file also contains the ones i changed a little bit with a thicker rim around the flowers for the Suishinshi of my cosplay group. But its just the part that is visible on the collar.
You can use these files for free. If you do - it would make me really happy when you can show/link me a picture of your creation. ♥ Notes: When you use this pattern make sure you change it to the right section for your sword men like in the picture above. The pattern repeats with the flower at the bottom right corner - it matches up with the cut out in the flower in the top right corner. If you have some difficulties with the file you can ask me for help.
Steamin' back again. I'd love to hear about your bands dude, fire away
ok im sorry this took me a while this week was hellish
ok so! i think 5 is too restrictive, i have the space here so im gonna list all of them <3
my chemical romance. yeah i am late for my teen angst phase it never really ended but hey better late than never. i was familiar with the black parade before but this year also got into danger days and revenge thanks to @emometalhead and @glamourizedcocaine who blogged about them so obsessively i just had to check out more of their stuff <3
the warning. i am eternally thankful to @sodalitefully for the rec because this shit slaps HARD. incredible all-female band from Mexico which is critically underrated and which yall should check out <3 it gave me a song that's an exact match for one of my daydreaming scenarios. like, its actually uncanny how well it matches it, given the situation there is pretty specific. not that im complaining tho
SCARLET. this is....an Experience. brings out my primal instincts to kill and maim and destroy and bite and bark :) last time i was able to log on spotify, their most popular song had like 1k listeners which is a goddamn SHAME. p.s. im talking about a swedish metal duo whose most recent album is obey the queen. they're also wearing this skull paint. apparently there's a lot of scarlets out there
Green Apelsin. for the first time in my life i fell hard and fast for a russian musician, and it's not even rock, more like acoustic guitar ballads with incredible vocals. huge folk vibe, just fills you with Toska™.
shinedown! i have to thank @emometalhead for this again, she's got god's taste in music. hard and fast and energetic, you just want to headbang to it
halestorm! ive been a huge fan for a few years now, and they released a fantastic new album this april so naturally i became obsessed again. lzzy hale's voice is how it feels to get absolutely ravaged by a hot tattoo-covered lesbian in a gay bar toilet. well i think it does. will report when i have the experience
evanescence. yeah i don't know what year it is either. but i do know i have a thing for female vocals
just recently (re)discovered fall out boy :)
I love the Carpenters and Jackson 5 Christmas songs you mentioned! I had never heard the other one, had to check it out. I wouldn't know it's a Christmas song based only on the sound, but it's good to go beyond the traditional sometimes, innit?
I'm gonna pick 2 albums and a song, if it's ok: Chris Squire's Swiss Choir by Chris Squire, Chicago Christmas by Chicago (it was a recommendation that I listened to for the first time recently), and the song is Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire) by The Carpenters.
Well, wherever you go, I hope you'll be able to both rest and have fun :)

I'll be on vacation by 26th up to the 28th of December and I'm sooo excited for it! Well, i hope you enjoy the upcoming yuletide season! By the way, what's your favorite Christmas food?
Hihi! This is your secret santa speaking! I see that you have a love for the Leds! While I know their more popular songs (with Misty Mountain Hop being one of my favourites) I would love if you could recommend me some more underrated Zep songs!
hello my darling, we finally meet! 🥰 yes my blog is dedicated to vintage stuff in general, mostly (but not limited to) 60s-70s rock and my beloved favourite band, led zeppelin!
i'll give you 10 recommendations, feel free to listen to them all or choose the ones that inspire you the most:
1. the rain song (1973) - one of my favourite songs ever. the lyrics, the gently strummed guitar and the orchestra section merge together to form a little fairytale world for all of its 7 minutes. an absolute delight to the years, and very very dreamy.
2. since i've been loving you (1970) - a fan favourite, and possibly their best blues number. an aggressive and striking guitar accompanies plant's high pitched, sorrowful vocals. the band played this song regularly on tour and not two versions are the same. absolutely brilliant.
3. ten years gone (1975) - a melancholic D-tuned guitar and some beautiful lyrics by plant make a powerful yet heart-wrenching ballad. this one makes me cry every time lol.
4. in the light (1975) - hope you like progressive rock, santa, because this underrated gem has some elements of that sub genre while still being labelled hard rock. listen to this to cheer you up when you're feeling down.
5. achilles last stand (1975) - a longer one, but worth every single second. this 10 minute epic will satisfy your most adventurous desires and still leave you hanging for more. john paul jones and john bonham mimic the sound of a galloping horse in a surreal war setting.
and allow me to introduce you to some less known but absolutely tasty gems as well!
from the deluxe version of coda (1982):
6. baby come on home - a heartbreak song. one of their most beautiful ballads
7. hey, hey, what can i do - a fun and catchy folk song
8. sugar mama - “sugar mama, sugar mama, sugar mama, drive me insaaane” an upbeat number in true led zeppelin style!
from the complete BBC sessions (1997):
9. somethin' else - really captures the energy of the band in their early days
10. the girl i love she got long black wavy hair - jimmy page said they improvised this one the spot!
for a little insight on the history of the band, even rarer tracks, performances and pictures, here ! :)
this is all! to me these songs are like little pieces of art, hope you can enjoy them as much as i do. talk to you soon, have a lovely day! <3
