Goodbye/Andromeda
Andromeda Bia Soteria Black told her parents of her pregnancy the day she graduated. They (unsurprisingly) disowned her after throwing a vase at her. She ran to Ted and never looked back. The two married on a cool summer day, with Andromeda's favorite cousin walking her down the aisle. The Tonks family adopted her as one of their own, not even judging her young pregnancy. Nymphadora Tonks was born in the middle of a February blizzard. Her godparents were Cecelia Fowler and Amos Diggory. For three months, Dora was a brown haired baby. After spending time with "Auntie Cee", her abilities as a metamorphagus came into view. But it didn't matter. They were the happiest family in the world even with her only original family in Azkaban. Ted and Andy stayed madly in love for all the years. When their daughter joined the Order, they supported her, even volunteering as a safe house. When she married Remus Lupin, Andy started crying because she couldn't stop laughing at the irony that Remus was wearing the suit Andromeda had bought him all those years ago. When Ted went on the run, Andromeda cried for days, only breaking out of her stupor to watch over her daughter. A little boy came along. Teddy Remus Lupin, a baby with bright blue hair. After Remus and Nymphadora died, Andromeda raised Teddy with the support of his godfather, Harry Potter. He grew up happy and healthy and loved. Andy and Narcissa eventually reconnected, deciding that their grandsons should grow up to know each other. Andromeda Tonks never regretted a moment, even the ones she probably should have.

Telling Ted/ Self-Para/ Andromeda
Ever since that one night of intense passion, Andy and Ted had been sneaking more time together. From kissing in broom closets to brushing hands in the hallways, the two had been pushing the boundaries of her engagement. Dipping into the flames couldn’t be that dangerous, could it? But it was.
After slipping him a note, Andromeda found herself sitting in an empty classroom waiting. The pregnancy test in her hands, she swung her feet from the desk directly across from the door. When Ted entered the room, he ran over and out his hands on her shoulders. Opening his mouth to speak, Andy covered his mouth with her hand. “Don’t talk,” she enforced. “Just listen before you start to jump ahead with this.” Placing the white stick in his hands, Andy sighed and said, “I’m pregnant. It’s yours.” She had expected him to jump for joy or yell at her or walk away or start rambling on. What she hadn’t expected him to do was pass out on the stone floor.
Rushing over, Andromeda lifted his head into her lap as he woke. “What are you going to do, An?” he questioned rubbing the back of his head. Tears pooled in her eyes as she whispered hopelessly, “I don’t know.”

Andromeda Black Moodboard: Finding out she’s pregnant
The Thin Blue Line/ Self-Para/ Andromeda
The little white stick in Andy's hands couldn't move any slower. Sitting in Moaning Myrtle's bathroom, the Slytherin sat on the loo bouncing the pregnancy test nervously in her hands. She had been late. She was never late. This couldn't be happening. It had been one night with Ted. One night. They had made love for hours after realizing that they may never have seen each other ever again. The condom had slipped off once, but she couldn't be pregnant just because of one little slip. Right? Her hands shook as the blue symbol began to form on the test. Her heart raced as if she had run a marathon. Peeking out of the white space, a blue plus sign very clearly appeared. Tears soaked Andromeda's face as she sobbed quietly into her hands. Myrtle herself peered over her shoulder and gasped. "Poor thing," she whispered before disappearing into the next stall. Slipping the positive pregnancy test into her back pack, Andy walked out of her stall and to the sinks. Raising her head, she saw a look of confidence on her face she had never seen before. Placing one hand on her abdomen, Andromeda said the only things that mattered in that moment, "I will protect you. I love you."
