Drew this design around 1AM in samsung notes and the next day I had the guy's entire story ready and I also want to make a comic about him. gosh. anyway the title of the thing is Still Stands the Sea abbreviated as SStS or just ssts and anything I make for it will be tagged as such.

Happy STS! What are your characters' relationships like with their parents or parental figures?

Do I have parental figures? Well, I guess I do have some parents alive so I can lore dump about Loke.

Loke is from a world where nature disaster has destroyed everything. It is thanks to humans, of course, and now they live in small communities. Most of the world is destroyed, and Siruna uses this world mainly to recruit soldiers.

Loke is adopted, as most of the children in this world are. It's a dump for various types of guilds (I think the word would be), and they don't traffic so they dump found children on this world.

Loke has a sister and a brother. His sister was the eldest and died of breast cancer. His brother joined the army to help pay for her medical cost, but she didn't survive.

Loke left through a gov program and lives in another world. He doesn't really talk with his parents and feels they don't understand him. In his mind, they'd rather have him dead than their daughter.

The others thought he was strange for not mourning like he was supposed to do, and he knows (believes) that his parents feel the same.
