my friend and I are watching atla, here are some of her first-time-watcher thoughts about the book 2 (from The Desert to Destiny of Crossroads):

she thinks benders will always beat non benders, but Ty Lee and Mai always show up and prove her wrong. She’s slowly picking up that non benders should never be underestimated.

she thought The Drill episode was great and really intense

Adam really goes from having a mutual friend with Ronan to thinking he knows Ronan to developing a crush on Ronan and realizing that Ronan wasn’t really that version he made up in his head to noticing that he loves everything about Ronan despite his prior assumptions.

Ronan gets all jittery inside when he sees Adam give Orphan Girl his watch. Omgod I can’t.

And when Adam tells Ronan he wants to go get Orphan Girl. Ronan smiles and Adam is feels things. Feelings he’s never had before, which definitely means he freaking loves seeing Ronan smile omgod.

The fight between Blue and Adam in trk is so fvck*ng good. Like it was freaking out the entire time but it was written so well and so accurately like damn Ms. Stiefvater.

When Gansey’s with Blue he feels whole not like there’s two versions of himself and that’s so godd@mn beautiful because I freaking understand.
