Who We Become - Culber

I’m delighted at the further, and continued exploration of identity shaped through experiences in the show. So here’s a two parter to show a little difference between our beloved Prime Dr Hugh Culber and Mirror Hugh Culber.

Pose referenced and inspired by recent photo-shoot of Wilson Cruz in Jejune Magazine. I had to, it’s such a cute (and hot) pose. C’mon.

So, trying to practice traditional stuff more lately. This one worked out, so I put some colours on it. Yup, that’s a ballpoint pen. Fuck (:

I just saw your mirror!Hugh fanart (that's how I found you) and damn that's arguably a whole lot hotter than anything has a right to be. I love your mirrorverse stuff and I'm not on the whole much of a mirrorverse fan. But I'm glad that you're supplying some mirror!Hugh because part of me will be forever pissed that we never got to see him in canon.

Forgive me for answering both of these in one, but I thought it would be easier to keep them together. LOL. Thank you, that's very kind of you! I'm glad that you find him really hot can enjoy it, despite not being overly keen on the MU yourself. It was certainly a missed opportunity to never see Wilson Hugh in the MU uniform, as he would have looked hot as fuck amazing. Although, I do understand their reasoning and choice not to do it, and am content with that. But, y'know. Lol. It's funny... I spend a lot of time thinking about Stamets and Culber in the MU, and therefore the world itself... But I don't like it. It's a horrible place, full of horrible things - but it's interesting to see characters we know so well in such a different light. That and I'm a big fan of exploring change and growth of a persons self through experiences, and I think we're seeing a good amount of that now through canon (which is great.) So that's what I like writing and thinking about in terms of M!Culber, exploring what kind of mirrored reflection (ha) would he be of Prime Hugh. How are they the same? How are they different? What makes Hugh... Hugh - no matter where he manifests through the multiverse. It's also super, super fun to explore visually, of course! Anyway that's enough of me ranting, lmao, thank you for the kind words!!
