A powerlifting workout What would we call a good training session? PR is great barring the fact that you can't PR each session. Shuould the session w/o PR be dull and boring routine? I think each session should be inspiring, otherwise it is ineffective and hardly productive. I guess we somehow should convince ourselves that the polishing the technique on 70-80% load is as exciting/necessary as PRs. BTW, plethora of lifts of good form roots the goot neuro-muscular patter. An PR attempt may break that patters and make the situation worse if they are many. Thay say that the uneven bar path during say bench press caused by a weaker arm (left or right). I think it is a misconcepiton. Hardly anyone can name all the muscles working in the body duing good bench press.
