I know the feeling of inhaling on a cigarette with a nice cuppa ☕️or glass of wine 🍷. I smoked a lot when I was younger to stay slimmer & to curb my appetite but honestly I enjoyed it for a long time, especially in the later part of my smoking days as a "social smoker" but now I can proudly say I haven't had a cig for over 3 years. I actually couldn't think of picking one up & lighting it. When I purchased 10 B&H today to create this picture for you it turned my stomach! When I opened the pack it made me gag! I didn't ever think I'd be one of those "urghhhh smoking is gross....:but I am & these are just 10 reasons why.....,: 1. It creates bags under your eyes 👀 due to nightly nicotine withdrawal! 2. Increased risk of Psoriasis & eczema 😳 3. Teeth!! 😁 Nicotine stains teeth, causes gum disease & gingivitis! 4.Smoking reduce's the blood supply that keeps skin tissue looking supple and healthy. 5. Ageing of the skin means that it droops, develops wrinkles & the skin is also at risk of increased dehydration! 6. Ol' Yellow ✌ - nicotine in cigarette smoke can not only make your teeth brown, but it’s also notorious for staining fingers & nails too 💅 😷 7. Grey Locks 👵🏻 Smoking speeds up the process of grey hair & also thins your hair out! 8. Smokers Lines - (what I call bum mouth 🙈🙊) from inhaling & drawing on a cigarette! 😯 9. By the age of 70 years, smoking 30 cigarettes a day could lead to the equivalent of an extra 14 years of skin ageing. Happy 84th Birthday in that case 🎂😳🚫🚬 10.
