I'm probably a bit late to the party but I agree with what everyone's been saying so far, using kakaotalk as the medium to communicate and having selerate chats for the different levels!!

Yes, looks like it will be KakaoTalk... Although, I feel like it will be more beneficial to have a variety of different levels. For example - a level for Beginners with a few intermediate helpers to assist everybody in chat.. - a level for Intermediates with a few advanced helpers to assist. - a chat for beginners and intermediates, and a level for intermediates and advanced - and one for all levels. 

It would be great to have these options available for everybody, and they can simply select which group layout that they want to join! :3
