fav : being in an environment where i’m supported and encouraged to keep working harder, challenging myself, and improving my skills ( also I love the fast-pace environment and connections that I get to make )

least fav : having to deal with the truly unreasonable customers, very occasionally getting too physically exhausted from work, having really dry hands from the sanitizer solution and dish soap we use :^//

Once upon a time a pre-teen girl ordrered a cotton candy frappucino from me (of course she called it a fucking frappe no I didn’t want to punch myself in the ears what are you talking about)

But she asked that I write “Ms. Beiber” on it

I wanted to throw myself out the window and into the street

I can do a few different shapes, to varying degrees of success, but right now Starbucks is doing a Latte Art feature event thing on Facebook so we're all taking pictures of our more...successful attempts.

Today I met future me...

She was 62 and drove one of the new beetles.

She ordered a double dirty Chai/PSL.

She had ballin' old lady glasses.

She was coming from Jazzercise and had a shirt on that said "Jazzin' the Strip" and when I asked about it she said she goes to class at the Vegas location while her husband is playing poker. 

Her name was Gladys.

I love her.
