Re indoor ear bonnet use. Yes it's mostly for noise canceling, they prevent the cotton balls from bouncing out but they make ear bonnets that muffle noise as well

I checked my tracking and it says the label was created on 14 APR. That seems like a long time to be sitting around or processing to me.

Mine says it shipped yesterday. Sometimes it takes a few days to show up on the tracker for me.
