„There was a time before all of this.“, he whispers and strokes a loose strand of hair behind your ear. „Please just shut up...“, you nuzzle your face into the soft fabric of his sweatshirt, so you don't have to look into his eyes. Even though you know that he can feel your sadness.
„You're the most important person in my life and I couldn't bear loosing you. I am who I am because of you.“, he whispers and if you'd still be able to cry, you would do so now.
„It's been a long day. Let's take a bath.“, you smile and look up into his shimmering eyes. Mere seconds later he disappears from the sofa you were laying on and you can hear water filling up the bathtub.
You get up with a little huff and walk to the bathroom where he's already waiting.
As you're undressing yourselves, your eyes never leave each other.
„You're just so wonderful.“, he holds your hand while you get into the tub and then steps inside himself to sit behind you.
„Can I tell you something?“, he wraps his arms around you while you lay your head onto his bare chest.
„We have calcium in our bones,
iron in our veins,
carbon in our souls,
and nitrogen in our brains.
93 percent stardust,
with souls made of flames,

You don't get an answer from him. He just kisses your shoulder and keeps quiet.
„I wish we could stay like this forever.“, you sigh and turn around in his arms to face him again.
„We've decided on forever a long time ago, and our together is forever.“, he smiles and kisses your forehead with a slight smile.
