If I Fell
Plot: Falling in love wasn't Paul's style. He loved making girls and boys swoon with his looks and his personality, so what was the point in settling for one person. Well, when Paul saw (y/n) across the room, he could only describe the sensation as crazy.
Genre: romance • humor

Paul held back his yawn as he glanced around the room, an after party for the end of their first tour visit in the U.S.
His eyes met with many girls, earning a grin from him. The skirts were easy to chase, it was the slacks that were harder.
Men had a weird way of experimenting. If they wanted to sleep with them, they'd obliged. But, it was always the person attracted to them who always asked first.
But, Paul didn't mind it at all. It just showed how brave they were. Still, although men are harder to attract, it was even harder to get rid of them.
After care wasn't Paul's style. A cigarette and a nap was all, but he would always tell his lover's to leave right after.
Tonight was going to be no different.
So, as he looked for his prey, he scoffed as he looked across the room. A male, with (h/c) hair and sparkling (e/c) eyes. He looked about 20, maybe younger.
Paul stood up from a sofa, fixing his tie and jacket.
He walked passed his friends, John watching Paul and who he was after. John could only chuckle, elbowing George and George patting Ringo to all look.
"He's going to break that kid." John said first. "Ten dollars says Paul will get them the first try." George said, pulling out an American ten dollar bill. Ringo furrowed his brows, looking at the cash.
"My ten says he'll get turned down." Ringo finally said, also pulling out a ten dollar bill. John laughed, his friends smiling as he did.
Across the room, Paul walked up behind the male, who sipped from his martini.
He tapped his shoulder, earning the males gaze. He looked at him confused, "Hello." (y/n) said, curiosity in his voice.
Paul gave him his best smile, putting his hand out for the male. "Good evening, I've never seen you around here." Paul began, trying to make some conversation.
"Oh. I-I'm not from around here." (y/n) said, turning around to pay attention. But, as he did, the thought didn't hit him a moment ago now hit him at full force.
(Y/n) internalized the excitement - Paul McCartney, in the flesh. He took Paul's hand, who then pulled up to his lips, placing a kiss on his nuckles. (y/n) gasped, his ears turning a shade of red.
"Paul McCartney, pleasure to meet you." (y/n) pulled his hand back, stuffing it into his slacks pocket.
(Y/n) chuckled in embarrassment, glancing around for a moment.
"I.. (Y/n) (l/n), nice to meet you too." He replied. His eyes looking anywhere else than directly into Paul's. But, Paul stepped a little closer, earning (y/n)'s attention.
"You're quite pretty for a young man." Paul began, giving the male a lustful gaze. (Y/n) stiffened a little, he had never been complimented like that, let alone with the look Paul was giving him.
(Y/n) glanced to the side. "Thank you." They said bluntly. Paul chuckled softly, "You're quite welcome. Am I making you uncomfortable?" Paul said with a bit of concern.
(Y/n) stepped back from Paul, who raised his brow. "I'm.. sorry, Mr. McCartney- "
"Just call me Paul." Paul interrupted.
Ah, if (y/n) had one pet peeve, it would be being interrupted. (Y/n) found their excitement die a little.
He scoffed, starting over. "Paul, I'm not uncomfortable, I'm just not what you're looking for." (Y/n) said, turning around, but Paul's hand caught his hand.
(Y/n) looked back their hands and trailed it up to Paul, who gave a light awkward smile.
(Y/n) turned to face him again, sipping his martini again as Paul began. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you. Let me get you another drink." Paul gave a wave to a Butler, who moved between the guests.
(Y/n) sipped their martini once more, finishing it and placing it on the Butler tray and taking another one.
He glanced over at Paul who also took a drink, taking a sip as well.
He looked at (y/n) who hadn't started to drink. "Mm, sorry. The drinks are pretty good." Earning a slow nod from (y/n) who watched him.
Paul laughed, seeing their expression. "So.. (y/n), what is it that I want from you?"
(y/n) raised a brow in confusion. "What?" They began, but Paul only smirked. "You said you aren't what I'm looking for. So what is it? What is it that I'm looking to get from you?"
(Y/n) thought about it, unsure if he should even say it out loud, let alone to Paul's face. So he looked down, not really sure what to do.
Paul chuckled, putting his fist to his mouth, covering his laugh. (Y/n) furrowed his brows, irritated by his reaction.
This is why he never talked to any stars, they were all self-centered. He spoke up, answering in a monotone voice. "You want sex." (Y/n) said, Paul's reaction changing to one of almost, embarrassment. He was still smiling, but he was shocked to hear him say it.
Paul closed his eyes, throwing back to rest of his martini before replying. "Well, you're not wrong." (Y/n) took a sip of his martini before walking past him. Paul watching him in interest, his reaction was nothing like what he expected.
He smirked to himself, walking to a booth like sofa, sitting down by himself.
John laughed and George frowned, handing the money to Ringo who also laughed. "Well, that was a great show." John said excitedly. George leaned back into their sofa, "Paul must have mulled it up or something. He's the best out of us with the flirting stuff."
"Or maybe the lad didn't want what Paul was asking for." John laughed some more, "It was hysterical!"
"What was? Ya fucking creeps." Paul said, walking around their sofa and taking a seat, letting it swallow him.
"Well, Macca lucked out. There's a first for everthing." John replied to Paul, patting his friends chest. "C'mon Paul, get back out there. A line of skirts are waiting. Paul gave John a confused look, "Why don't you tell the whole room, would ya?" He replied sarcastically. "You know, I just might." John replied, with George who instigated, "Do it John."
But John just laughed and sat back down.
As they continued to talk and laugh about Paul's tragic loss, Paul was stuck in his head with (y/n)'s shocked expression, smirking to himself in amusement.
'That kid was fun.'
