pplease PLEASE spare thoughts on canon mpreg in spn

the canon mpreg in the CW’s supernatural is something that can be so personal (filed under ‘sentences i didn’t think i’d be typing in 2021′)

okay so we’re told textually that jack is cas’ kid, like biologically he’s lucifer’s but he reverse-renesmee imprinted on cas in the womb so that’s cas’ son. 

BUT what that DOESN’T explain is why. cas could feel his presence in the bunker? like this could 100% be SPN forgetting their own lore because why would anyone keep lore consistent in a 15 season long show but remember the nephilim that metatron had cas kill? he didn’t know that was a nephilim. he couldn’t Feel that nephilim’s presence despite 100% being on earth while that nephilim was alive and doing things. 

ergo, this leads me to believe that jack, via some fucky combination of kelly’s soul and lucifer’s grace + rebellious nature, actively sought out castiel and WANTED him to be his dad. lucifer was aware of castiel, and any lore to do with angels is already so goddamn weird so let’s say that his knowledge of castiel thee angel’s antics got passed down to jack and combined with kelly’s kind and loving nature to create the impression that castiel, NOT lucifer, would be the best rebellious angel to be his father. hence cas being aware of jack’s conception from the get-go. thus, canon mpreg.
