The sky was clear, giving the early morning a feeling of newness and shine. The day would be like all the others following it and all it followed, but somehow it managed to bring hope and optimism. One could dream on a day like that, dream for things that were ridiculous, dream that the day would be different. Maybe, one could hope, they wouldn’t be swarmed that day. Maybe they wouldn’t see something they shouldn’t have. Maybe they would remember everything they did that day. Foolish dreams.
