So here are my submissions for the Kylux Big Bang! Its for a centaur AU by Starshaker. Of course my scanner ended up breaking before I could scan the second photo. But I think it turned out okay.

Are we allowed to write the mid-winter 5k and in the future (and perhaps for the next 15k challenge) write a sequel. Or should the 5k be entirely on it's own now and in the future. I don't intend to write extra chapters for this 5k fic but there are more stories i'd like to tell in the AU I'm writing for and future DCtropefest writing challenges would likely be what i'd want to write them for.

1. For the 5k challenge we ask that this be a brand new series. The story must be able to stand alone by itself and have a conclusion . You are welcome to add on to it after the challenge is over. 

2. For the 15k challenge we allow the stories to be a part of a series. So if you wanted to continue it for the main challenge you could! Or you could work on another series you have already published.

On April 17 potential matching projects go out, so you’ll get an email with your potential project partner(s). From April 18 –Apr 30 we have the Story/Visual Content Claims period (at some point in that time frame, you are meant to email us telling which potential project partner(s) you’d like to work with. Nevertheless, don’t worry, we’ll be posting guidelines as we enter every different stage of the Big Bang 😊

omg a beta reader would be so great! i’m going over what I have so far on my own, but a fresh pair of eyes to spot all the errors I've made would be awesome. i just freak out about asking people to do this because I rarely do much talking to people online and so the only time I share my writing is when it goes up on AO3. and then I spot a ton of errors and cringe...

Oh wow do I need 'gentle encouragement' to write creatively at least 90% of the time. Well done on getting everything else done but now i guess it's time to come back to creative writing ( fanfic yes?) The one thing that tends to help me is remembering that writing is all about me. My imagination, my image in my head that I was to get down on paper. The feelings and describibg a scene that has usually been plaguing my mind all day. Your writing is primarily solely for you. For you to enjoy (1/2)

This was really good advice (which is why I kept it in my inbox for a bit) and aaaah man just.  Thank you so much?  Tbh I’ve gotten so caught up in all the shit going on irl and all my papers and applications that I think I kinda forgot that writing is supposed to be fun, y’know?  I’ve let it become a chore because of all the papers I’ve had to do when my fics should be for fun and enjoyment and just.  Thank you.  I’m glad you like my fics ;;;;
