I absolutely hate the argument 'oh this celebrity or company is creating so much pollution and I am the one who needs to replace my plastic straw' YES. YOU SHOULD. I am not saying that don't hold big companies and celebrities accountable, do that, we should but, we also individually create pollution. You might think that your one straw is not going to impact the environment but, there might be millions who will think the same and we never move forward. Look at the fast fashion industry, individuals, capitalism and companies are responsible for over consumption. We are the ones supporting hauls, so yes, you also need to take responsibility than just tweeting. Criticise companies, celebs, govts for not taking steps but, don't forget to look inwards
