OT3 plot: Road trip/hitchhiker au where Jake & Skye are road tripping and pick up C and it goes from there. Open to: Females
Jake and Skye had been ‘more than friends but not officially’ for some time. It seemed there was something holding them back, particularly on her side. They’d gone away on a month-long roadtrip around Europe together to try and get some time to themselves, but it turned out that wasn’t really what the blonde needed. “Hey, slow down, that person looks like they could use own help,” Skye called out, upon seeing a hitchhiker. As the camper van slowed, she stuck her head out of the window and gave the stranger a little wave. “She looks clean. And actually quite cute, we can’t just leave her there,” the swimmer mumbled to Jake. “Hop in, girl. We’re heading north. Where are you going?”
Jake was less sure on the idea but hadn’t been surprised that Skye had suggested it. The blonde was always trying to help people out. “You really want a stranger in here?” the police officer questioned with a bit of a gulp. He’d had feelings for Skye long before she sort-of reciprocated them. She was right about one thing though, the hitchhiker was pretty attractive and Jake knew what to do if she was just going to cause trouble. Jake shrugged his shoulders and said a quick, “hiya,” to the other woman as she got in the van. “We don’t really know where we’re going, to be honest.”
