Adorable little 1870 cottage in Oak Bluffs, MA has a sign over the porch that says "Fun Size," and is also known as "Baby Vineyard." The 1ba home is set up like a studio apt., so there's no separate bedroom. It's 354sqft and is fully renovated for year 'round living. $640k + $136/mo. HOA.
