Wellness Wednesday
Woop Woop. Happy mid-week check in. I’m making sure I’m staying on track with my goals. Ready to wrap it up and knock this week outta the park.
My legs are definitely sore after that workout yesterday. Called that one. I’m off to yoga now! Salmon and salad on the menu for tonight.

I’m tired and sore. Lol. Expected it though considering how much work I put in to the hour at the gym yesterday. So, today I decided a little extra sleep was good and have been drinking coffee.
My plans for the rest of the day is getting together a grocery list designed for meal preparation and maybe a couple things for the grill and smoker for the family July 4 meal. Which I have organized, and will run both grill and smoker. @confidencedeficit I hope this counts for sending you something I’ve tackled. I’ll have more tomorrow.
Yesterday did not go as planned. I was at the tattoo shop much longer than anticipated and had to pick up food on my way home. So clearly I didn’t reach 15k steps. I struggle with hitting my steps on my days off work unless I have a hike planned. Oh well, now to try again today.
I will also post a picture of my tattoo in a bit!
This year so far! Bare in mind I had a baby at the end of March weighing 7.7lb and then had a transition month getting used to a newborn and toddler 😂... yes I'm trying to justify that gain! But I'm back on track despite last month not losing as much as I'd liked!
Eating was on point yesterday but my steps... not so much 😓 I’m back to work today so I’ll definitely get my steps in. I really need to find a way to get in steps when I’m not working because the weather is starting to get chilly and rainy and I’m not a huge fan of walking in the rain...
