She lingers at her desk, slowly putting away her textbooks and parchments into her school bag. Keeping an eye out for the last of the students as they leave the classroom, gossiping and laughing loudly at some joke. Carina herself hasn't felt that ease since she started the semester. Despite the headlines of the Prophet, assuring the masses that The Dark Lord is not returning . . . there are few who know the truth.
Carina's grey eyes dart back to the door frame checking for any stragglers - or spies for that matter- she doesn't know exactly how far Lucius' hold carries in Hogwarts, but Carina isn't taking any chances with it either. But Professor Potter, the same Professor who Carina had been forbidden for spending more time than she needs to. Who Lucius and Narcissa called blood traitor and lover of mudbloods in disdain and with grimaces on their face. It's that disdain for him that Carina hopes, translates that she can trust him.
The witch pulls her bag over her shoulder. Then she stands briskly approaching her teacher's desk, apprehension clear as day on her face. Can she truly trust him? Or would he simply turn her into Dumbledore or worse the authorities for what she has to say? Is rotting away in Azkaban truly any better than not joining her family's allegiance?
Then she thinks of Draco, and carries on. "Um, P-Professor Potter" Carina breaks the silence, waiting eagerly for his attention. Shifting her weight from one foot onto the next, she looks over her shoulder again eyeing the door. "I wanted to ask to you about something . . . something personal if that's alright"
