Tried my first Australian pies at @barangaroospies the other day! I got the steak and Guinness pie, which had super flaky and buttery crust with a flavorful meaty filling. We were told to pick them up and eat them like burgers lol. It was a delicious pie, and the Mac n cheese on the side was perfect and had a little kick to it! The hint of mustard in the pastry adds a depth of flavour, balancing its buttery richness.
