The world is vast and some cities are located in remote areas. Transportation had to be developed to link all the provinces together. The Constitution guarantees the access to the railway to any settlements within the confederation, therefore the federal train system is colossal. Some cities decided to built airports (Yes I know there’s no planes in Minecraft) and large industrial harbors. Waterways also include many canals linking the seas.
There are many bridges across the world, linking a continent to another or simply crossing rivers and canyons. Here are two major bridges in the world:
The Umiyokogiru Bridge
This bridge allows travelers to go from Husta to Hiratsuka without going around the dense dark forest. It has a single huge pillar and is the largest bridge in the world. The upper deck is for pedestrians and horse, whereas the lower deck has a speed train allowing to cross the bridge in a few seconds.
The Interprovincial Bridge
It is one of the first bridges to have been built, it crosses the Ahmar sea to link the southern Djansk to Nayam. It has two pillars.
As I said, the train system is pretty dense and vast. Therefore the Confederation needed to built efficient train station. Some have been built a long time ago when there was only a few lines running. Those had to adapt and had to be modernized to suit new transportation needs.
The Tulip station, Hustor,
The oldest train station. It owes its name to the tulip field next to it (the tulip is the emblem of Husta). Nowadays you can still see the tulip inside the station.
The North Point Station, North Point.
This is the main station used to transit up North and to the norther part of Djansk.
The Crossroad Station, Nurodd.
This is one of the most important and more complex train station in the Confederation. It is at the crossroad of three major lines: the Hustor-Djansk line, the Union line and the Southern line.
The newly rebuilt federal airport.
The Diome airport, North Point.
The Miano airport, Hiratsuka
The Loots airport, Djansk City
The Kirsch airport, Barzakh
The International Airport, attached to the International Assembly.
The intermodal airport of Yoroido, bringing together planes, trains, road and Shinkansen.
The federal port of Union Island.
The industrial harbor of Djansk CIty
I will show you two metro system that are fully developed (other cities have a metro system but it’s not as sophisticated as those two).
The metro of the Capital:
A very dull metro with two lines, another line is going around the island to link the suburbs but it is part of a different system.
One exemple: The Parliament station
Outside the station
Inside the station, where the two lines cross.
The suburb train, linking Nurodd, Ostburg and North Point together
The Shinkansen
Due to its immensity, Takamagahara has its own train system: the Shinkansen. Sharing the same name with the japanese bullet train, it is built on the same principle: A speed train, isolated from any obstacle. The Shinkansen goes around the country in an underground loop.
The Shinkansen entrance, Hiratsuka.
The Shinkansen under a lake.
Inside a station, the automated train system, built by Pyongrad engineers.
And at last: the Djansk City metro system. With two lines, its stations are entirely decorated with local clay art. Here are some of the prettiest.
