Do these products infringe this design patent? Those are some of the claims in this recently-filed complaint.
Note: This design patent (which Steeda has asserted before) claims a lot of different pieces. Design patents protect a claimed design as a whole, not pieces thereof. It’s not clear from the complaint whether the defendant sells parts that infringe all the claimed shapes. But just reproducing one or two is not enough.
