It’s official! I am a level 1 Agatsu Instructor for Indian Club and Mace! Working on some progressions with the steel lace. I am figuring out my 44lb steel mace finally. Almost got full swings going on. @leo.savage.smf : Steel Mace Flow. What does it mean to you? I have traveled and trained in many places. I have put mace in thousands of hand. Each hand very different from the other. The one common theme that has been brought up to me, is the healing properties of the SMF. Each and every city I have visited has its own unique story. Each gym has it’s own character and modality of training. Regardless of the differences. Each and every place I travel wants to HEAL with the mace. Not a soul or solider I have trained in SMF picked up the practice to change there physical image of themselves but rather use the mace as an instrument of healing. This group was no different.
