He was smart enough for her and understood her family background in a way the other boys didn't. He challenged her in a good way. There were issues but I think they were good for eachother.

I really wanted fresh fruit and fresh corn on the cob with my first. Which doesn't seem difficult except it was the middle of winter. Gemverse answer
Omg, I could totally see Len masterminding like a way to get perfectly fresh oranges straight off the tree in Florida, like this plan involves hijacking a jet, two German Shepards, and a kazoo (don’t ask). Then he realizes that he could totally just ask Barry, but his pride balks at that. Then Sara starts to get a puppy dog look and he’s on the phone with Scarlet before he even realizes what he’s doing.
I am totally factoring Barry into this new chapter, like Leonard gets desperate enough that he calls up Barry and just straight up begs him to speed some obscure food item over to them, cuz Sara is starting to get pissy and he needs it, dammit, he will pay anything.
“You need to stop leaving dead bodies in my kitchen.” Sara and Len Please and thank you!
“Relax, he’s not dead,” Leonard said, taking a sip of his coffee. “Canary here just knocked him out.”
“And yet you leave him in the kitchen when we have a perfectly functional med bay?” Rip grumbled, crossing his arms as he looked at the two.
“We’ve got two more in there,” Sara shrugged, propping her feet up on the table. “They might have a touch of frostbite and a few broken bones, and Ray, being Ray, didn’t want them to die. There wasn’t anymore room, so Leonard suggested the kitchen.”
“And so you left him here.”
“Now you’re catching on.”
Rip closed his eyes and sighed. “We’re going to have to interrogate them when they wake up about Savage’s whereabouts, and I would prefer not to do it in a place where we eat.”
“It’s better than a bathroom,” Sara muttered, drawing a raising eyebrow from Leonard. “You probably don’t want to know.”
“Can we just move him?”
“Fine, if you’re going to make a big stink about it,” Leonard sighed. “Sara, lend me a hand?”
Together, he and Sara picked up the thug and moved him out of the kitchen and to where Rip hoped was a much more appropriate environment to conduct an interrogation.

you’re very welcome! and as far as the blanket, i couldn’t tell you exactly where the inspiration for it came from. I feel like I’ve seen it before but couldn’t tell you where or when. Possibly when I was a kid. I just know I had a very clear vision of it in my head lol and the image of Clint shamelessly cuddling up with said blanket was too much to pass up lol
YOU CANNOT LEAVE ME LIKE THAT! What happens to Clint? How does Tasha handle this? I need more of Tony and Clint being buddies! What a great (way to) short story. Thanks!
How DOES Nat handle it? That’s a good question. Guess it’ll be up to your imagination. I imagined she’d be tough and focused when she was around the group, but when she and Clint were behind closed doors she’d be really tender and worried
