She was born extramarital into a pure-blooded family. Her father is half blood and comes from Germany what makes her half German.

All her youth she was prepared to marry into another pure-blooded family. For her mother, that was her only value as half blood. She has to practice etiquette, manners and dancing almost all day, sometimes until she passed out or got bloody feet.

Emmy has never really experienced love from her family so she spent most of her free time with the family's house elves.

It was only thanks to her strong mind that she remained a cheerful child, something she retained for the rest of her life. She never despaired and always remained positive.

She got her purple hair from her father's side. When she was young, her mother regularly dyed it brown. Since Emmy got her own wand, she removes the colour whenever she can and wears her natural purple.

Emmy started Hogwarts in 1st year and was sorted into Slytherin. She's dorm mates with Anne and Imelda and they became very good friends.

Her whole life she acted up against her family and was rebellious, which often earned her punishments and beatings.

In 3rd year she became closer and finally friends with Ominis, sharing childhood trauma. He and Sebastian as well as Anne helped her to make the decision to free herself from her family.

Emmy rebelled during the summer holidays, so much so that her mother ultimately disinherited her. She also has the scar across the bridge of her nose from that time. Emmy believed that it would disfigure her and make her harder to marry - her mother sees it the same way.

She takes her father's surname and starts the 4th school year on her own. For that she has saved up money over the years that will see her through to the end of school.

Back then Ominis used his family and their name to help her with the official change of her surname and that she can live on her own in Hogsmeade during the summer break.

Emmys ancient magic break free in the night Anne supposed to be cursed. She had visited Anne and wanted to spend the night in Feldcroft. While they were sneaking outside late at night to watch the stars, the attack occurred. Her ancient magic saved Anne from the curse but in doing so, she made an enemy of Rookwood.

Emmy never uses her real first name and always goes by Emmy.

Due to her cheerful and sometimes reckless personality people often tend to underestimate her, thinking she's stupid and naive. But it's the opposite.

Emmy is very attentive and notices very quickly when others are not feeling well.

Her first kiss with Ominis was during a shooting star shower in 6th year.

She would've been sorted into Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff, but wanted to please her family and asked the sorting hat for Slytherin.

Fun fact.

Emmy is incredibly intelligent and has an eidetic memory. She passes all her tests effortlessly but stays humble about that.

She is a sleepyhead and would always be late for classes if her dorm mates didn't kick her out of bed. Literally.

I will draw a full SFW illustration of the lucky winner’s OC, full rendered, complete with detailed background.

You only need to comment with AN OC of your choice. Doesn’t have to be HP/HL, could be any fandom.

◆ How I will choose the winner:

I will put all the names into a random selector wheel and have some people as a witness that I am doing it 100% random, and first select 6 people. I will then announce the results and do the second random pick for the final winner.

Note that this is completely random, so no hard feelings to those who aren’t picked.
