Stella Carter AKA Starr Captain IN Falling Star
SHIELD had always been a part of Stella Carter’s legacy. With her aunt as the founder and her older sister as one of their top agents, it was a part of her life that she couldn’t imagine living without. She never saw it as dangerous, really, until SHIELD fell apart, and Stella Carter disappeared. Sharon Carter searched high and low for her little sister, but she was nowhere to be found; not until the Avengers stormed an abandoned HYDRA base and found the youngest Carter in chains in the basement. With new superpowers and the Carter need to help people, Stella was quick to brand herself as a new hero, Starr Captain, styled after her lifelong hero and rescuer, Captain America himself. And despite everyone’s warnings, balancing superheroism and teenagehood was a piece of cake. Or it was, until the Avengers fell apart and Sharon decided that her sister needed a fresh start in New York City, at Midtown High. Even that could have been easy, if only Ned Leeds and Peter Parker hadn’t decided to pursue the mystery that was Stella Carter; if only she hadn’t needed to team up with Spiderman, the same boy she fought against at an airport in Berlin.
