Rolling Sunder. An incredible experience working with Anu Productions on this show about Moore Street in 1916 (and now) and its place in Irish History. Thank you to every audience member I spoke to on the phone (names written on a blue oil tank on the roof that I spent most of the days on) and to all who shared the experience. 10 shows a day for 3 weeks. I reckon I performed the same piece of text on 360 occasions, and ate about 75 Pears. A couple of highlights on the final day yesterday: The piece made a seamless transition to film, in an ambitious and faithful single take style shoot, that will serve as a document and a record of the work presented.  We finished our run by getting to perform two heartfelt shows accompanied by sign language. I heard the words I had been saying on repeat for weeks in a whole new way. This inclusion was the perfect way to finish it off: access all areas. An amazing and rewarding journey with an immensely talented cast and crew. ‘How do you know if you’re on the right side?’
