Rest 1 minute and repeat 2 more times for a total of 39 minutes: Find your spacing between benches (I go just outside shoulder width apart) 1. Zig Zag Triple Run 2. Single Elevated Squat Switch 3. Single Elevated Push-Up Switch 4. Wide/Narrow Squat Jump Ups 5. Wide/Narrow Plyo Push Ups 6. Double Bench Burpees (full range push ups and squats) 7. Double Oblique Plank Jump Burpees 8. Explosive Jump/Back Pedal/Push up 9. Dip Swing Thru/Power Jump/Back Pedal 10. Triple Overs: Two-Tap Run/ Single Hurdle/Double Hurdle 11. Shuffle Thru 12. Double Jump Good luck! Remember to control your movements and speed throughout the workout.
