Some stething with the Cardiology IV
Sound recording volume is fairly low, so probably you’ll need to increase the playback volume a bit…..

My current stereo setup
Ask me anything and I'll answer it! =)
Heart tour with stethmic sound
Recorded another heart tour video with sound. It contains two skips: one when at Erbs and one when at Mitral:
This time I used the stethmic setup made from the teaching stethoscope with the EKO Core attachment and the Littmann Cardiology IV chestpiece connected to the latter:
Hope you will like it!
Two new audio recordings
Made with the stethmic attached to the Littmann Classic II SE training stethoscope fitted with EKO Core attachment.
Would be happy to read your comments!
…and another one, which is slightly faster in heart rate.
Recorded when fully laying down, and in a bit more close-up.
Happy listening ! 🩺💓
My first video with sound
Recorded through my Littmann Classic II SE teaching stethoscope with the stethmic connected to the tubing towards the second headset, and the EKO Core attachment inserted behind the chestpiece. Hope you’ll appreciate the little heart tour!
New wireless stethmic
The cable of my old stethmic got crappy so I bought a new wireless lapel / lavalier microphone set. Learning moment: for such setups make sure to buy a cardioid / unidirectional mic, not an omnidirectional one! The set consists of two mics (on the picture one configured as ‘stethmic’ and the other one inserted into the soft earpiece of a stethoscope) which can be charged with the cable. The receiver has multiple connectors (jack, USB-C that can be used with a USB-A adapter, and Apple Lightning) so that I can hopefully use it on all devices for recording and sharing!
