I know I've personally have been the victim of a few fast kimora's or key lock's over the years so I don't have the same range of motion I had when I was a young pup. I've been adding more reparative techniques to help this problem and I just found this little video by Steve Cotter.
Steve is not only a life long martial artist but also the director and founder of the International Kettlebell & Fitness Federation (IKFF), so this guy know's what's up. I really like this "Tea Cup" shoulder mobility exsercise and actually almost knocked a painting off my wall practicing it.
