𖣔 Before becoming a Kindred, he was the son of a warlord and heir-apparent, of the dragon Voivodes of Westeros, before his entire family were turned into Kindreds. He felt disenchanted with his clan's changing his allegiance to the Hecata;

𖣔 At first glance, Rhaegar looks like a cool individual of few words and strong determination. However, he also endures great suffering because of his family's legacy, and blood compulsion for the most morbid parts of existence which made him feel cold and bitterness toward most beings;

𖣔 Rhaegar is definitely a pessimistic, always has a plan for everything, leaves nothing to chance and will do everything necessary to end his enemies regardless of the costs, not just for other but also himself;

𖣔 Always seems to stay away from the people around him, and has difficulty in forming meaningful connection , only having friendships with other Kindreds such as Arthur Dayne;

𖣔 It comes as a surprise, seeing he seems to forge camaraderie quickly in precarious situations;

𖣔 Like most Hecata he is a scholar of death, and has a particular fascination with the more morbid parts of life his blood urges him to study the individuals around him for signs of illness, frailty, or impending death, which causes him to exhibit signs that are interpreted by most beings around him as Germaphobia;

𖣔 Rhaegar did not feel his transformation as much as other Kindreds narrate since in his human years he was already normally detached, cold, intellectual, occasionally nocturnal, which made him appear lifeless to regular people, and clearly made no change once he became a Kindred;

𖣔 One of the banes of his existence is the evils' of his class commonly known as the Painful Kiss, it occurs due to steeped in death, the fangs of the Hecata bring not bliss, but agony. Victims caught unawares will violently resist unless restrained, and few people submit willingly to the torture that is the Hecata Kiss;

𖣔 Rhaegar is a man physically in his mid 20s with long silver-white blond hair, indigo eyes, long, elegant fingers, tall stature his height being 6'3"(1,90 m),he is described as handsome with sharp features and always a clean-shaven face, Rhaegar also opts for wearing all black clothes as most Hecata do, he also has a very elegant style opting for full suits then clothes with less rigour;

𖣔 His knowledge of weapons is not so limited, I try to give preference to firearms, swords and scythe;

𖣔 Rhaegar learned very quickly to read people, to exactly reading their mind but knowing what they were thinking, if they were lying and anticipating someone’s

𖣔 Unlike his clan he does not always sell his services to the highest bidder, but usually acts in his own interests, he became good hiding from the surveillance of those who can summon and command the very spirits of the deceased;

𖣔 Rhaegar is called by many names: Rhaegar Targaryen ( most people ), Dragon prince ( enemies ), Necromancers ( enemies ), Graverobbers ( enemies ), Rhae ( friends );

I find the dead easier to be around than the dying. They are not in pain, not afraid of death. There are no awkward silences and conversations that dance around the obvious. They aren't scary. The half-hour I spent around my mother as a cadaver was easier by far than the many hours I spent around her as a live person dying and in pain. Not that I wished her dead. I'm just saying it was easier. Cadavers, once you get used to them - and you do that quite fast - are surprisingly easy to be around.
