Still Unwell
It's now 20 days into February and I am still not feeling like I did pre-Covid days. Poorly from the first week in December with Covid, I’m now recovering from a cough and flu virus, which is slow to go. Losing my twin in December 2022 is adding to my woes.
I am sure I have long-covid. I wake up with a sore throat, a blocked nose, a continual headache and a lack of energy. My mental health is up and down. I'm in a catch 22. I want to push myself, but my symptoms are making it difficult.
Three years into Covid and the virus caught me through no fault of my own. I'm lucky because with a physical disability, I thought I would be worse. Slow to go, I shall continue with my natural remedies and continue to work on my mental and emotional health.
I'd love to hear from anyone who is in a similar position who has picked up either Covid and a cough and cold virus, and it is slow to go. I've had a cough and cold before, but nothing like this.
Losing my twin is hampering my recovery. I need to use what's happened in the last few months to move forward, from my previous life, with my twin.
