Like Jax abstracts and is just kept as a pet and this is somehow fine?????? They brought back caine, the guy nobody really liked or even attempted to resurrect, but Jax, one of the actual stated main characters, just gets essentially fridged????? After like 20 minutes minimum of Pomni doing everything in her power to bring him back???? Which btw, terrible sequence for the majority of that. I get what they were trying to do, but it was way too much and went on for way too long. and If they were gonna have all that go nowhere, which is ALREADY pretty bad, AT LEAST MAKE HIM ACTUALLY DIE!! TRIP AND FALL INTO THE VOID AS THEYRE PULLING POMNI OUT OR SOMETHING!!! Not this cop out of “he’s never coming back :(( but not really lol here he is :)!!” And like, for what??????? It’s not like any of that led to anyone else’s character development getting any more screen time!!!

Then the whole scene of Ragatha and Pomni where they’re like “you’re my bestest friend in the world 🥹” HUH?? WHERE??? WHERE DID YOU SET THAT UP, PRAY TELL???? Followed by the super awkward like walking away from each other for no reason?? That went on for like a MINUTE????

and then CAINE. WHAT WAS THATTT 😭😭😭😭😭 he just Looks at them?? And suddenly decides it’s Time to Change??? Like I’m not gonna pretend I wasn’t going absolutely bananas over that scene where he breaks out of the void. But even through all that, at the time I was already like Wait what. This literally doesn’t make any sense. AND THATS COMING FROM ME!!!!!! YOU GUYS KNOW ME. DO YOU KNOW HOW BADLY YOU HAVE TO FUMBLE A CAINE SCENE FOR ME TO DISLIKE IT???????????? And like ok. This wouldn’t even have been that bad. I could kind of see what they meant. But then there’s the Blue thing. what was that. What Was That. You’re telling me he pulled out the blue AI and “gave up his power” and treat it as this huge watershed moment, but then not even 3 MINUTES LATER show him wielding the EXACT SAME POWER AS BEFORE???? YOU DONT EVEN MAKE HIM STOP FLYING??????? I DONT CARE IF YOU TELL ME HES LESS POWERFUL NOW, SHOW ME!!!!! SHOW ME THE SPECIFICS OF THE ACTUAL LOSS, AND HOW IT AFFECTS BOTH HIM AND THE CAST!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHOW ME THE ADJUSTMENT!!!!!!! And by GOD, WHY was ZOOBLE the one to say they were happy he was back????? They have shown NO INDICATION they ever wanted him to return outside of just his circus fixing capabilities. Not just in this episode, EVER!!!!!!!!
