Commercial Building at Aura

We’ve just completed building at Aura Business Park in Claude Boyd Parade. It’s exciting to be part of shaping this development in its early stages – the first land release in the Aura Business Park.

30 industrial lots, located right in the heart of the Business Park, made up the first land release. The sites are located in a premium position with easy access to future residents, schools, parks, sports grounds and the town centre.

The first business park at Aura will feature 195 lots in total  – more releases are to follow. This presents lots of opportunities for enterprising businesses who want to take advantage of the position – only an hour from Brisbane.

This first commercial offering is situated at Aura’s first suburb of Baringa and will feature a ready-made community.

The sites are all well-sized ranging in from 1005–2008sqm.

One of the biggest drawcards of the development is the access to the north via the Bells Creek Arterial and future connection to the Bruce Highway.

The purpose-built business park has all the hallmarks of intentionality – good design, landscaping, and great accessibility.

We built these commercial spaces using tilt panel construction. They feature LED energy efficient lighting,  5Kw solar PV system, and a 5000 Ltr water tank.

This build was a real pleasure and we look forward to future involvement with the Stocklands development at Aura.

Lunch today...Veggie Laksa from Hokka Hokka at Stocklands Wetherill Park 😍 Very nice but it was a bit sweet for my liking, I prefer my Laksa more on the saltier side.
