Lot of time in the gym, tracking macros, gaining self love, consistency, intuitive eating, weight lifting, being surrounded by better people, and a huge change in my mind and body
2 month progress! Down 7 pounds, by looking more muscular somehow 🙂 one week until I'm in a bikini on a beach!!! 🌸
Slowly but the abs are getting there 💪🏼 about 4 months between these photos
Okay so! My stomach has always always been my least favourite part of my body. I’m at constant war with myself over the sight of it, and although Im getting better with self acceptance, my tummy is always going to be a sore spot for me. So seeing photos like this where there’s definite improvement to how it looks, is huge! Back on the weight loss bandwagon. The first photo was taken nearly 2 years ago, the middle was taken almost a year ago. I know 2 years seems like such a long time, but it doesn’t matter how slow you go, as long as you don’t stop! Size 22 down to a size 14-16 Goal is comfortably into a size 12 💪🏻
I’m constantly looking for ways to motivate myself, so if you have any hints or tips, please let me know!! 😘
