PLAINS - Stone Cloud (Album)

Derrière PLAINS se cache Travis Swinford, un petit gars d'Alabama dont le timbre de voix et les productions nous rappellent aux bons souvenirs d'un certain Lou Reed (RIP) et du Velvet Underground.

Le jeune homme vient de sortir le 19 Mars dernier une cassette d'excellente facture, intitulée "Stone Cloud" sur les labels Happenin Records et Noumenal Loom.

Les onze titres de l'opus sont un voyage entre sonorités pop, blues et psych-rock, à travers lesquels Travis Swinford fait valoir son solide background bluesy et old school (Alabama oblige) tout en y insérant une touche contemporaine. Artiste à suivre donc!
