my pets are terrible. one of them puked, so i went to go get paper towels, but i came back and it was gone

I threw up at physical therapy and my therapist was like "omg are u ok" and i was like "... i mean its like a whole thing but im good" and kept working out lol what is wrong with me when will this stop
