This was much need. I haven't danced in weeks due to a couple of minor injuries and no inspiration, but tonight for some reason I just felt the need to attempt to express myself thru another form of movement beyond my hoops. Again I am learning. I am also only teaching myself and mostly going with what feels right to my body. This little circle has shown me how much I actually love dancing. Nowadays when people ask me what music I'm into my answer is usually "Anything that makes me want to get up and dance really." Haha I'm bit sad I didn't stay in ballet as a kid to be honest. It's so hard finding beginners adult classes sometimes. ANYWHO this is a double feature!! A #stopdropanddance & #flowcrushfriday for the amazingly lovely @erbodyloveslucy. This woman is a beautiful dancer that just floats along with her hoop. Her dancing translates flawlessly into her hooping it's like watching two souls dancing together. She is a huge inspiration in my hoop journey. And an amazing instructor in her videos. I hope one day I'll be able to attend a dance class of hers. 💃🏻🎶🙌🏻💜🌙

So I've decided we need to make ‪#‎stopdropanddance‬ an official trend. Whenever you get tagged to stop, drop, and dance, you should post a short video clip or picture of you dancing from wherever you are at the moment you're tagged. Then challenge your friends
