I started the day by getting a workout on the books. I'm counting this as a win. However, Sundays are especially hard for me in the calorie department, because it's football watching day. That means lots of snacks! And plenty of adult beverages too!! I seem to be having the most trouble this week with curbing my appetite, so today should be interesting. I know in the past when I've counted calories, it took me a little while to hit my target consistently. I'm hoping that I can get my butt in gear with it again. On the bright side: I've had a little bit of an easier time making myself work out than I've had in the past. Figures, I can't get both pieces to fall into place at the same damn time! I'll keep trying!
