Journey of Hope #PODCAST #7 Obedience is Better Than Sacrifice
Through the darkest storms in life we are not alone. Angels surround us providing comfort and they are working behind the scenes to protect us and defend us. It is so discouraging when we work so hard to make things in our life good and then everything ends up a mess. We can ask “why” but the answer many times doesn’t come and all that is left is confusion, hurt, anger and sadness. Why must it rain and bring storm clouds when life is so much easier in the sunshine? All we wanted was to walk in the sun. That was what we worked so hard to do! Yet now the storm has come. The words I hear are “We need the rain to assist in growing so we can eventually bloom and flourish as the Universe wants for our life.” Perhaps that is the answer why we are in the midst of the storm. We are being energized in a new way that is needed for our future. Knowing and understand this we will turn this storm energy we are experiencing in our life and use it to grow and flourish. Growing pains are agonizing but needed for us to be strong and stand tall. The pain does not last forever. Be at peace knowing somehow it all works out even when now all we see is darkness. Keep moving forward...You will be ok. You are strong. Stand tall and flourish. Soon the sun will shine again. Greater days are ahead...#dailydosefromdebra #intuitiveguidance #angelicwisdom#dailyencouragement #stormsinlife #lifeisabattle #lightworker#prayerwarrior#whatwillbewillbe #eyeofthestorm#peace#nofear#alliswell#comfortfortheweary#youtriedsohard #letitgo#moveforward#allingodshands #allingodshands#confusion#growth#waterintowine#godstiming#allknowing https://www.instagram.com/p/BssD33Fh9Xg/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1l23s5l5tmji0

Jesus our comfort and peace
Bible Verse : Mark 4:38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish? Devotional Thought : One may look around at his circumstances and become convinced that there is no hope. The storms may beat, the winds may roll, and the boat may be almost full. While it may appear to be sinking, these are the times to trust in God. Just as suddenly as Jesus quelled the storm, He will subdue and utterly remove our individual storms, if only we will ride them out and maintain our trust in Him. While no one goes through life without running into an occasional storm, we will survive them all because we are His Children. Praise the Lord! Action: Trust in the Lord when facing troubles.. Read Psalms 121 and be assured that our help comes from the Lord maker of heaven and earth. ... Glory be to God!!!!!!
Mark 6:47-48 says, “And when even was come, the ship was in the midst of the sea, and He alone on the land. And He saw them toiling in rowing; for the wind was contrary unto them: and about the fourth watch of the night He cometh unto them, walking upon the sea, and would have passed by them”
Jesus saw them toiling and rowing. The disciples didn’t see Him, but He saw them. And guess what else? He never took His eye off them.
What was Jesus doing when He sent the disciples on a boat journey and He went up the mountain? He was interceding for them. Hebrews 7:25 says, “Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever liveth to make intercession for them.”
Are you in the midst of a storm? Jesus is watching over you, and He is praying for you. You can say, “His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me.”
