Well I'm going to set aside the low hanging fruit popular boys - Gil, Cu, Merlin, Emiya - and gush about first of all my wife Musashi, I love her so much she's so good, the fighty no brain cell reckless nutball is one of my favorite archetypes and she's the rare Female Version who can also be so serious and cool and wise and HOW DARE OLYMPUS DO ME LIKE THAT. I'm so glad I pulled her.
I also absolutely fell in love with Sanson during Salem like madly and deeply, his arc there was SO GOOD and POWERFUL and I may have grailed my Sanson to 90.
I also absolutely adore Robin for personal reasons, my mom is hardcore into Robin Hood mythology, and loves this obscure 80s BBC show Robin of Sherwood that leans really hard into the pagan aspects, and hell she named me partially AFTER Robin. So I've always loved him and I actually named my guda the Japanese word for robin because of that - AND THEN FUCKIN AMERICA AND HE DROPS THE SAME WORD AS AN ALIAS and I was sold forever. That and his characterization and backstory in Extra, omfg.
I also cannot WAIT for Oberon because the story of Vortigern and the Dragons was baby's first Arthurian story I ever read so I have always loved every time I see Vortigern referenced, so like Oberon walks in like GUESS WHAT MY FULL TRUE NAME IS and I was screwed lmfao

I found your SRT debunk and I am /so/ grateful- I heard about it when it came out and immediately didn't like it, both for what I could tell was the really blatant Sor*ku bias and the Kairi stuff, and most importantly the way the writers, despite calling it a 'theory' acted like this was Actually What Happened In Canon, We Cracked The Code. That made me really uncomfortable, and I'm glad you went through it all so thoroughly! It REALLY doesn't make any sense when you look close at it.
Ah, agreed, the attitude of the writers is honestly one of the worst parts about everything surrounding this theory. To them it’s like it’s already proven (despite the fact that, like... it hinges on a mechanic that does not exist in-universe and has since been refuted by a canon source...)
I never expected people to be so grateful when I started this but I’m so glad that people like you found it and it made you that much happier! I just want people to start feeling comfortable in the fandom again without the kind of vitriol surrounding this document getting in the way of a story that makes them genuinely happy
