My new vigilante character is Straphanger.
They’re is a single-issue vigilante who champions public transportation by blowing up cars, repairing neglected train tracks and bus routes, and paying the fares of those who jump the turnstile with their unlimited MetroCard.
Their vigilante vehicle is a derelict subway train, refurbished and tricked out, which they ride through the patchwork labyrinth of abandoned subway tunnels that undergird their city. They use it to give The People free transport everywhere.
Their eyes and ears are a steadfast and conspiratorial cabal of slippery Mole People.
