We had initially thought that this was the Lily of the Valley bush but an online verification seemed to point to the possibility of this being the Strawberry Tree (Arbutus unedo).
Discovered the strawberry tree today, pretty tasty!
The berries feel like frosted Christmas ornaments, which is pretty weird.
Not native to my region, but they tend to plant some weird stuff around here.
