A traditional Chinese stir-fry dish, Moo Goo Gai Pan has soft chicken slices and a variety of vegetables in a tasty sauce. It's easy to make and full of great flavors.
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced. 1 cup sliced mushrooms. 1 cup sliced bell peppers. 1 cup sliced carrots. 1/2 cup sliced bamboo shoots. 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix them together. Put away. Put the vegetable oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Mix in the garlic and cook until it smells good. Put in the sliced chicken breasts and cook until they turn brown. You can add water chestnuts, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. Make sure the vegetables are soft. Put the sauce mix and chicken broth in. Mix well. Add pepper and salt to taste. Let the sauce cook down for a few minutes until it gets thicker. Hot rice should be served with it.
