228連假時跟麻辣鍋店訂了一箱的草莓回家， 大部分做成了草莓果醬， 自己留了兩罐， 其他送給了兩組朋友， 結果沒幾天一罐就嗑光了！ 過了幾天， 烤了個海綿蛋糕， 想說來做草莓蛋糕吃， 也做了兩種填料， 一種是草莓奶油乳酪、 一種是減糖鮮奶油。 把海綿蛋糕頂端修一下然後對切， 底部抹上草莓果醬， 沿著外圈放上一圈對切的草莓， 兩種填料以同心圓方式交替擠上鋪好一層， 再放上切成小塊的草莓， 再加上一層填料， 蓋上蛋糕， 將填料在表面擠花， 最後放上整顆跟對切的草莓裝飾， 再放回冰箱4-6個小時冷藏定型， 就可以拿出來嗑了。 嗚～我切面怎麼可以切的這麼醜！ #strawberryspongecake #strawberry #spongecake #homemade #handmade #strawberryjam #strawberrycreamcheese #wipecream #freshstrawberry #strawberryseason （在 周北極家） https://www.instagram.com/p/B9ZcKhyH8uB/?igshid=11c2s7c0xejr0
