Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a donut pan. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mashed strawberries, lemon juice, egg, melted butter, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean. While the donuts are baking, make the strawberry lemon glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Once the donuts are done baking, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
