After a week or so without serious exercise I decided it was time for me to do something so was back to doing this very difficult monkey bar type hanging exercise because normal monkey bars around and this one was rectangular making grip much harder. With temperature close to freezing didn’t help but wearing Raw Bare hand gloves did. Now don’t tell me there is nowhere in your home you can exercise because no matter how small the room is if there is a will there is away okay good I’m pleased you’ve understood. I called this the kitchen exercise.
